Purpose
TRC Environment Grants support activities which contribute to a valued, managed and healthy environment.
Overview
Cash grants towards eligible activities up to $2000.
Applicants must demonstrate how the activity aligns to the desired outcomes in the Tablelands 2030+ Community Plan:
- climate mitigation and adaptation actions
- supports reducing, reusing and recycling
- maintaining biodiversity in response to development and climate change
- fostering local livelihoods and innovation in emerging environmental restoration industries.

Limitations
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants seeking funding must demonstrate that they are either:
- a not-for-profit (NFP) organisation based in the TRC region. An incorporated NFP organisation may auspice an unincorporated group if they accept all responsibility for the expenditure of funding.
- a Parent and Citizens or Parent and Friends Committee operating within the TRC region.
- Funding is for activities that benefit the TRC community and will be delivered within the TRC region.
- Applicants must have no outstanding acquittal reporting, rates, fees or charges due to TRC.
- An adequate level of public liability insurance may be required for the activity.
