This grant provides organisations the opportunity to test new initiatives, programs or services. It provides an opportunity for organisations to respond to emerging community needs/trends.
Overview
This grant provides organisations the opportunity to test new initiatives, programs or services. It provides an opportunity for organisations to respond to emerging community needs or trends. The funds can be used to kick-start small-scale innovation activities that explore and develop capacity, partnerships and promising innovation ideas.
This grant will support projects that test new initiatives, programs or services. These include but are not limited to:
- Piloting a new opportunity for people in the community.
- Adapting existing programs to include sustainability initiatives such as being plastic free or using recycled materials in a creative way.
- Creating new partnerships to deliver innovative specialist
- Transforming a current program to cater for an emerging need in the community.
Funding available
Applicants can apply for up to $3,000.
Limitations
Who can apply?
The Seed Funding Grant is open to the following applicants:
- Not-for-profit and incorporated organisations, clubs and groups.
- An auspice of an appropriate organisation including a not-for-profit and incorporated organisation.
- An organisation delivering a service that is the responsibility of State or Federal Government whereby the initiative is outside of their core business.
