This grant has been currently activated for North and Far North Queensland and Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

If you live in a Queensland disaster activated area, you may be eligible to apply for transport and motoring assistance for:

• vehicle registration assistance
  • surcharge and late fee exemptions
  • shorter registration terms
  • replacing lost or damaged number plates
  • defer seasonally registered vehicles
  • fodder transport with primary producer concession
  • certificate of inspection extension
• licensing and other transport and motoring products
  • licence or photo identity smartcards replacement
  • learner logbooks replacement
  • industry licences, accreditation documents or books replacements
  • National Driver Work Diaries replacement
  • infringement notices replacement
  • disability parking 3-month extension for further permit.
