To access Microsoft's nonprofit offers, please register and confirm your organisation's eligibility.

1. Gather documents that prove your organisation's eligibility, as described on the Eligibility page. Now you're ready to begin the registration process.
2. Microsoft will evaluate your potential eligibility. Registration review may take up to 7 days. You will receive an email notifying you if your registration has been approved.
3. Once your registration is approved, you can access the Nonprofit Hub to take advantage of customised offerings to ensure collaboration, productivity, and security of your organisation.

What's on offer

Microsoft provides grants and discounts for eligible nonprofit organizations, including cloud services like Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365, Surface hardware, on-premises software, and digital skilling.

What determines discount my organisation will receive?

To provide nonprofits transparency and help with IT planning, Microsoft will provide up to a 75% discount on core products for cloud and on-premises products, and up to a 60% discount on premium products. Exact pricing may vary by purchase channel due to value added partner services and additional support levels offered to nonprofits.

Is my organisation eligible?

Organisations must be deductible gift recipients (DGRs) endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) or listed by name in the tax law; charities registered with the Australian Charities and Nonprofits Commission (ACNC); or income tax exempt not-for-profit organisations as defined by the ATO.
